At Hybrid, every employee is responsible for our culture.  Logistics is an extremely fast-paced and demanding business, and striking a balance between work and play falls on our collective shoulders.  Each of us needs to constantly find new ways to work hard, play hard, and have fun doing it.  Work is demanding enough – we need to make sure that we’re making time to laugh in the hallways.

We’re proud of our office!  Located on 10 acres of open field, and surrounded by trees and cornfields, we offer a serene work setting that helps relieve the stresses associated with our business.  We provide an open office environment, with no walls or offices for anyone.  We’re all responsible for servicing our shipping customers and transport providers, and being at arm’s length for support and continued training has proven critical to Hybrid’s tremendous growth.

Employee development is a continuous process.  Beyond initial training and orientation, Hybrid is committed to providing scheduled and spot training using our coaching model.  Each employee receives one-on-one coaching on a weekly basis, where challenges and opportunities are openly discussed and managed through.  Skill set training is also available through a mix of local educational partners, and is company-paid.  Investing time, money, and resources in our people has and will continue to pay great dividends for all of us at Hybrid.
